Don’t forget to tune into ABC on Thursday to watch the 2008 ALMA Awards hosted by Eva Longoria Parker! As you all might recall, Shakira was awarded for her humanitarian work with Pies Descalzos. The 2008 ALMA Awards will be taped on 17 August 2008 at the Pasadena Civic Center in Pasadena, CA. They will air on ABC 12 September 2008. Shakira will be presented with special honors.
